01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the tamanjudi platform available at https://tamanjudi.lat (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. tamanjudi reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with tamanjudi, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum — no exceptions will be made regardless of local laws that may permit gambling at a lower age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of tamanjudi or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the tamanjudi Platform or any associated platform under a self-exclusion agreement or regulatory directive.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

tamanjudi makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all geographic locations. Users who access the Platform from outside Malaysia do so at their own risk and initiative, and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of tamanjudi services — including live casino, slots, sportsbook, Dragon Tiger, and badminton betting — you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

1. One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one active account. Operating multiple accounts is a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
2. Accurate information: You must provide true, current, and complete information during registration. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3. Credential security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. tamanjudi will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
4. Account ownership: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, gifting, or transferring your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
5. KYC compliance: tamanjudi may, at its absolute discretion, request identity documents — including a copy of your MyKad, passport, or utility bill — to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. Failure to comply within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

tamanjudi reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any existing account without providing a reason, subject to returning any undisputed real-money balance held at the time of closure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

tamanjudi supports a range of payment methods tailored for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, USDT, and BTC. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method or cryptocurrency wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Cryptocurrency transactions (USDT, BTC) are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation on the blockchain. tamanjudi is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. If this is not technically feasible, tamanjudi will contact you to arrange an alternative.
• tamanjudi targets a withdrawal processing window of 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts. Processing times may extend during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
• tamanjudi does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks. tamanjudi may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal above the applicable threshold.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

tamanjudi offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate "Bonus Balance" and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Standard wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x), applied to the sum of the deposit and bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, Dragon Tiger, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are listed in the Promotions section of the Platform.
• tamanjudi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to your account.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus promotions — including but not limited to using duplicate accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or exploiting software errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• Bonuses expire after 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.

06 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the tamanjudi Platform across sportsbook, live casino, slots, Dragon Tiger, and badminton betting:

• All bets are final once confirmed. tamanjudi does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a clear technical error has occurred on our end.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that results in an incorrect odds display or game outcome, tamanjudi reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform prior to bet placement.
• For live/in-play events, bets are accepted subject to network latency. tamanjudi is not responsible for delays caused by your internet connection.
• Suspected match-fixing or the exploitation of arbitrage opportunities at scale may result in the voiding of relevant bets and/or account suspension pending investigation.
• Winnings arising from bets placed with bonus funds are subject to the wagering conditions outlined in Section 5 above.

Game-specific rules for slots, Dragon Tiger, live casino tables, sportsbook markets, and badminton betting are published within each respective game or section of the Platform. These specific rules take precedence over the general betting rules in the event of any conflict.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tamanjudi Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another individual in opening a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using bots, automated scripts, AI tools, or any form of software to interact with the Platform in an automated manner without prior written consent from tamanjudi.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour toward tamanjudi staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying infrastructure of the Platform.

08 Responsible Gaming

tamanjudi is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming across all of its products. We strongly encourage all players to treat gambling as entertainment and to set clear personal limits before they start playing.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all tamanjudi account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to help manage your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure on-screen notifications that alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary (30-day minimum) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and all marketing communications will cease. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from tamanjudi.
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's content or game mechanics.
• Use the tamanjudi name, logo, or branding in any marketing, social media, or third-party context without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of tamanjudi's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tamanjudi, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events.
• Losses incurred as a result of your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that subsequently prove inaccurate due to data feed errors.

Where tamanjudi's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

tamanjudi collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://tamanjudi.lat/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein.

We take the security of your data seriously. All data transmitted between your device and the tamanjudi Platform is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Sensitive financial data is never stored in plain text on our servers.

tamanjudi does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification partners, fraud prevention services) solely for the purpose of delivering the Platform's services and fulfilling our legal obligations. All such third parties are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed by tamanjudi.

12 Amendments to These Terms

tamanjudi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.

If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement.

The version date at the top of this page always reflects the date on which the most recent amendments took effect. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under tamanjudi's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. Our team will endeavour to resolve the matter informally within 10 business days. If informal resolution is not achievable, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under the rules of the applicable gaming dispute resolution body specified in tamanjudi's licensing terms.

Nothing in this Agreement affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to seek redress through competent courts in your jurisdiction.
